Along the way, I’ve experienced first-hand the challenges and obstacles that women at work face and how it seems that we need to work twice as hard to get the careers that we want and deserve for a salary that recognises our skills and expertise. For me and the women I worked with it was never about ‘having it all’ – it was about building a version of success that we wanted that enabled us to enjoy our work and life.
